International Orders: Your order will be shipped through New Zealand Post air mail. If a shipping day falls on a holiday I'll ship the next business day. Please check your 'purchase' section to see when your order is marked 'shipped'.
Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.
Please also be aware that as the seller, I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.
The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
I will not put false information on Customs Forms so please do not ask. Thank you.
Unless you contact me with other instruction, I only ship to your Etsy address, not your PayPal address if it's different from your Etsy address. So please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
The estimated delivery time, according to New Zealand Post is 3-10 business days to US or other international destinations, and may take a longer time in busy holiday seasons or due to custom delay.
I will try my best to ship out your order as soon as possible but please understand I have no control over the postal service. Sometimes it does take longer than the usual time stated for your order to arrive. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions regarding your order status.
Remember buyers are responsible for all customs, duty and tax charges for their home country.

Purchasing insurance for your order is the only way to be covered in case of loss or damaged packages & is recommended. If you are interested in purchasing postal insurance for your order please message me before check-out.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Returns will be accepted after getting an OK from me within THREE DAYS of receipt.
Items must be in perfect unworn condition and in the gift box I provided, a bubble mailer and TRACKING NUMBER, returns that are lost in the mail will NOT be refunded.

* There are NO returns on custom made orders.
* There are NO returns on wedding and bridal party orders.
Your order is personally handmade for you with the highest attention to detail craftsmanship and design and I want it to be a good experience and love for you to be happy with your purchase so if there is a problem please be in touch!
Returns are accepted on custom orders if I have made a MISTAKE in your custom order. All orders are made to your specifications and must be stated with purchase.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just email me within 3 days after receipt of your order and mail back the items in original unused condition and packaging, I will refund your money back as soon as the items are received. Shipping fee is not refundable. Also please be advised that I don't accept returns of custom order items.
If you have any questions regarding your order, Please contact me first so that I would be able to do my best to solve any problems before you have to contact Etsy or PayPal or leave feedbacks.
A lost package is rare. However if you haven't received your order after four weeks since I mail it out to you, I'll send you a replacement (if the same item is available) for free or offer you a store credit to the value of your purchase (excluding postage cost) that you can use at anytime, whichever you prefer. Please contact me if you haven't received your order after four weeks since I mail them to you.
My items are completely custom made to your needs. All changes to your order must be made with purchase. I want you to receive exactly what you need and therefore need the notification immediately to ensure the changes are completed for you.
