Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to ship from the time of payment received.

Domestic orders ship via New Zealand Post (All orders tracked). Please allow 2-4 business days as I am posting from a rural area. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, thank you for understanding.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to ship from the time of payment received.

International orders ship via New Zealand Post. Please allow 3 - 21 business days internationally depending on location. There can be delays due to public holidays and peak postal times (Christmas). So please take this time frame into consideration when  ordering.

• We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may need to pay.
• We no not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
• Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
• We do not mark packages as a gift.
